New Clients & Patients
We are accepting new clients and patients! If you would like to establish your pet’s care with us, please call us at (701) 356-5588 to speak with our receptionist team. Alternatively, fill out the form below.
Please note that to reserve your appointment, we ask for a deposit that will be applied to your visit. If something comes up, we ask that you give us a call at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule—this helps us offer that time to another pet in need!
Your pet’s previous medical records can be emailed to reception@two-riversvet.com before your appointment.
