  • A woman with red and blonde hair smiles as she sits on a bench holding a happy, excited dog with a striped collar and leash. The woman is wearing a dark scrub top and pants, and the background includes green plants and a plain wall.

    Alyssa, LVT

Alyssa joined the TRVH team in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to patient well-being. A 2021 graduate of the Penn Foster Veterinary Technology program, Alyssa originally hails from Grand Forks and now calls West Fargo home.

Alyssa is particularly passionate about ensuring every pet feels safe and at ease during their visit. As a Fear Free certified professional, she utilizes techniques to reduce stress and build trust with her patients. Always looking to expand her expertise, she is currently pursuing her certification in canine rehabilitation to further support our patients' mobility and recovery.

When she isn't at the hospital, Alyssa’s life is "going to the dogs"—specifically her three beloved fluffy friends: Ellie, a German Shorthair Pointer mix; Maya, a German Shepherd/Great Pyrenees cross; and Lyra, a German Shepherd/Husky mix. In her spare time, she enjoys relaxing with her family, catching live music at concerts, and settling in for a good movie.

  • A woman with glasses smiling, hugging a tan and white dog with a pink collar, standing indoors near large green plants.

    Ashlee, LVT

Ashlee grew up convinced she could talk to animals, which naturally led her to a career in veterinary medicine. While she admits her “meow-to-English” translations aren’t always perfect, her love for pets and knack for making them feel comfortable never miss the mark. When she’s not helping patients at Two Rivers Vet Hospital, you’ll likely find her testing new homemade dog treat recipes (her own pup is the very spoiled taste-tester) or attempting to teach her cat party tricks. She’s thrilled to bring her energy and creativity to our team!

  • A woman with shoulder-length brown hair, smiling, sitting on a black bench with a black Labrador Retriever dog on her lap, in a room with leafy plants on each side.

    Kaitie, LVT

Kaitie’s love for animals started with her family’s aging rescue dog, who taught her the magic of patience and belly rubs. Kaitie’s “treat trick” usually wins even the shyest patients over. What does she love most about the job? “The surprise hugs! There’s nothing better than a sudden, squirmy cuddle from a happy pup or kitten.”

  • A woman in a purple veterinary scrubs uniform sitting on a black bench holding a tabby cat. The woman has long brown hair and is smiling. The background includes white wall paneling and green indoor plants.

    Kayla, LVT

Kayla grew up in Wadena, Minnesota, and joined our team in September 2019. She graduated in May 2019 with an AAS degree in Veterinary Technology from Ridgewater College’s Veterinary Technician Program. She currently lives in Fargo with her cat, Sammy.

Kayla enjoys working hands-on with the animals that come into the practice. Her special interest is learning how to interpret radiographs.

Kayla loves to hang out with friends and enjoys going on any kind of adventure/traveling.

    Manda, LVT

Manda’s journey in vet med began with a pet lizard that stole her heart, and she hasn’t looked back since. Known for her endless patience and steady hands, Manda is an expert at making even the tiniest patients feel safe. Her favorite part of the job? “When a puppy thinks the stethoscope is a chew toy – it’s hard to keep a straight face!”

  • A woman with long brown hair smiling and holding a small, fluffy, gray and black dog with its tongue out inside a room with green plants.

    Samantha, LVT

Samantha joined the team at Two Rivers in June 2015. She graduated from North Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Veterinary Technology in 2017.

Samantha currently lives in Christine, ND, with her husband, David, and furry family members Pepe, Lucy, and Freddy. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, hunting, and spending time with family and friends. Samantha also takes pride in managing the clinic’s inventory.

  • Sofia

Sofia joined the TRVH team in January 2026, bringing with her a passion for animal care that started at a young age while growing up on a dairy farm. A 2024 graduate of the Ridgewater Veterinary Technology program, Sofia originally hails from Waubun, MN, and now calls Horace, ND, home.

Sofia loves that her role allows her to constantly learn and grow while serving as a dedicated advocate for every patient she meets. For Sofia, the best part of the day is connecting with fellow pet lovers and ensuring their furry family members receive the best care possible. Outside of the clinic, she stays busy keeping up with her young Shepherd mix, Ace, and enjoys playing pickleball, staying active in sports, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
